New seat at the healthcare top table for voluntary sector
We are delighted with the confirmation this week that the voluntary sector will be actively represented on Norfolk’s new Integrated Care System Board by the Chair of the new VCSE Assembly. Lucy Hogg Head of Infrastructure at Voluntary Norfolk and member of the Assembly Steering Group says: ‘This is a major endorsement of the role and value of the voluntary sector and the first time that the VCSE sector has had a seat at the top table when it comes to decision making about the strategy & delivery of health & social care in Norfolk. We will soon be recruiting for the role of Chair and we urge anyone with senior professional knowledge and experience of health and social care delivery and the VCSE sector to consider the role.’
Details of the Role of Chair and the application process will be announced through health, social care and VCSE partners over coming weeks. To be informed directly when details of the role become available, please get in touch using our Contact Us form.
